يتحكم نظام الدشات (سلندرات الدشات) فى التدفق الكامل وتوزيع العيارات على المراحل المختلفة(الدشات الاولية » التنعيمات الاولية) مما يساعد ويمكن نظام التنعيمات او الاختزال(سلندرات التنعيمات) على انتاج كميات كبيرة من الدقيق ذو نسب رماد منخفضة .
